City Administration believes that the year 2010 - is not the anniversary of the city, so the holiday can be more modest and shorter fireworks and special techniques is not necessary. The city residents will be able to please their only festive carnival, sports relay race, concert programs, and holiday festivities. To support the initiative of Vladimir Putin to this day sale of beer will be limited.How can we stop the "festivities" and, most importantly, what to offer to the public in return for fun? We decided to change the beer for books, balls and toys. Will it help?
