Glow-in-the-Dark Skeleton Costume
Materials:
- Pair of Black sweat pants and shirt
- Black knit cap
- Pair of black knit gloves
- Old pair of sneakers
- Glow-in-the-dark skeleton wall decoration
- Glue Gun
- Glue
Instructions:Simply glue the pieces of the glow in the dark skeleton to the black sweat suit. Be sure to cut the pieces at thejoints so that the children can move their arms and legs. Add the skeleton mask to a black knit cap to make a pull-down mask. Add the skeleton hands to a pair of black knit gloves. Glue the skeleton feet to an old pair of sneakers.
Popcorn Box Costume
Materials:
- Cardboard box
- Paint, red and white
- Balloons, yellow and white
- White tee shirt
- White sweatpants
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions: Take the cardboard box and cut off the top were you want your head to be; on the bottom, cut holes for your legs but not to big because we are goin to put the balloons in the box. Cut holes for you arms too ( on the side). After you have got the box ready for you to get in, paint the box red and white stripes. Then make a sign that says popcorn, and glue the sign to the box. Blow up the balloons and set them aside. Put on your white tee shirt, and your white sweatpants, and step into your popcorn box, have someone fill the box with the balloons so they look like popcorn, and go trick-or-treating.
Mr. or Mrs. Potato Head Costume
Lay out a large brown garbage or burlap bag flat. Cut out 2 holes for your legs on the bottom edge of the bag, and cut out two holes for your arms to fit through along the sides of the bag. Use felt or construction paper and make eyes, nose, mouth, and other features. Glue them onto the bag. Where dark colored sweatpants and a dark colored shirt. Slip the bag on and stuff it with crumpled up newspapers. Gather it loosely around your neck.
