Talnakh it's a district of Norilsk. Talnakh was a town from 1982 to 2005. It's situated in the north of Krasnoyarsk Krai, at the foot of the Putoran Mountains in Taymyr Peninsula. Talnakh also located about 25 kilometers north of Norilsk, on the right bank of the river Norilsk(No'rilka).
